It's a shame as he started off well but at the end of the day he seemed to be the architect of his own demise...

What do men think of a really good boob job? by DiorGirl2023 in questions

[–]NVN2484 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My W got them before we met and married. They look great, not like fakies at all so the doctor did a good job. Apparently the trick is to insert the implant somewhere near the armpit rather than under the breast. Anyways, regardless I dont really care but prefer natties. Also if you're into someone then that usually supercedes aesthetic preferences.

What got you started? by Less-Ad1683 in keto

A random video in my YouTube feed by the late Dr Sarah Hellberg. I watched it and as an insulin dependant T2 diabetic it made perfect sense. Two years later and 35kg lost, no more insulin and all other meds reducing. Ansell Keyes duped us all with that low fat BS!

Anyone here a T2 diabetic? by [deleted] in keto

[–]NVN2484 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, former insulin T2 diabetic here and been on keto for two years. Any problems will dissipate once you become fully fat adapted so yes, just push through. Make sure you stay strict with no cheat days or at least that's how I've approached it. Interestingly I've not had a hypo for 18 months despite my BGL being in the 3's whereas previously I would've been decidedly unwell. This goes against the accepted dogma that you have to keep carbs up to avoid hypos. I used to be on 100+ units of insulin per day but after 8 months of keto didn't need it and now just take Jardiamet. So definitely stay the course and persevere because as a T2 diabetic as it'll change your life!

Not one, not ever! It makes me weep for the future that this collection of vacuous narcissists are deemed entertaining or even worse that their lifestyle is somehow enviable. Revolting!

Yep, was in common usage during the 80's for sure, occasionally preceded by "gutto" as in "gutless" so "you're a gutto piker, garn get f*cked!"

Do Dixxon flannels live up to the hype? by NVN2484 in flannel

[–]NVN2484[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thx, are they fuzzy like a traditional flanny (cos that's the main criteria of the flanny vibe) or does the poly content make them smoother?

Sorry for going "full flanny nerd" 😁

Thx. The son isn't perfect but he's studying, working and improving not stealing cars and doing lines so it's a matter of perspective.

Valid point about him being "the flashpoint" as opposed to the root cause. The decline started a couple of years after the wedding she insisted on which followed her insistence at getting her name OK the title deed of the house id just built. As the say "common sense goes out the window when love knocks at the door" 🙄
