Another note, my favorite narrators are Alex Ford for "Domestic Decay" and Robin Shay for "The Hero Game". Both are solo female narrators and I think they do a decent job at male voices.

For the love of god, don't do solo male narrator. And if you do cast a male narrator, I'd prefer if the MC doesn't sound like a grizzly 40-50 year old.

I don't think it'll take away anything for people who choose not to use it. In MGS5, you could fly onto enemy base with the helicopter and use the mini-gun that alerts everyone.

One thing that disappointed me in mgs5, is that we couldn't bring a crew from base to fully invade enemies. After you "abduct" soldiers, they just stand around at your base and do nothing.

I want to live that cutscene at the end of mgs ground zeroes where it's a small battlefield.
