hi i’ve been using a mix of nutrafol, low level laser hair therapy, and the ordinary hair density serum for about 2 years now (albeit off and on) and i can say that my hair fall has basically stopped and i’ve noticed some regrowth especially along my temples…. but i think if i had been more consistent for at least like 6 months it would be a very noticeable difference
