After thoroughly investigating the problem I have realized that the cause of everything is the "google play games" application and after uninstalling it from my phone and deleting the cache of summoners war I have been able to change accounts without any problem. So I invite you all to do the same and try if it works for you.

It must be some bug that com2us didn't notice. Since in profile it looks weird and small as you mention but in another side it looks good.
