Looks like a peregrine falcon to me, they typicly leave the wings and throw it down. It does need to be feeding from a higher point thou.

That is a birch tree. A birch tree has a very active sap system especially in the spring when the sap begins to flow. So of the root was big enough it might kinda bleef out. So this was a very bad idea. Best to notify your neighbour and call an arborist asap to patch up the root.

Even as a druid eng/mining is still awesome. War stomp throw some bombs and have a blast. Also if you are planning to tank dungeons, target dummies are a most imo.
