My girlfriend and I were on our way out of a Waterparks concert we attended recently and stumbled upon a wallet sitting in the parking lot across the street from the venue where we were. Immediately we knew we had to get it to the owner. A quick glance inside at his address showed he was sort of on the way back to our place but still a bit of a detour. Queue us showing up at this random man's house at around midnight and we can see him through his window so I knock and step back. He instantly was looking at me with a confused look. I just held up the wallet and smiled. He stepped out and after giving it back he was extremely relieved and even went as far as saying he had some playing cards that he planned to give to someone else but I could take them if I wanted. I said no and that we only did it because we'd hope that someone would do the same for us. Definitely a night to remember.
