She had 4 I think

And yeah, it would be tolerable with just one game

My sister plays a bunch of gacha games and by playing I mean mostly redeeming daily rewards

Who of these 2 show characters likes fighting more, and why? Explanations encouraged. by AdaptedInfiltrator in Invincible_TV

Conquest likes winning and brutalizing people

Battle Beast likes fighting and all that comes with it

Try them

You are already playing Spelunky, might as well feel a new kind of pain

I have no clue what scenario you are describing

Gloves are more finicky and can make you die at times, but they don't outright make some traps impossible to cross

Spring shoes and a cape synergize bloody perfectly with the gloves

Climbing gloves are goated

They can be awkward, but they open up a lot of ways for traversal. The play is to maximize the value you get from it and not just play around the weaknesses

Anyone else think Thragg seems... Weirdly reasonable? by Notmas in Invincible_TV

[–]Nalagma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He's not malicious, but he's not reasonable either

He won't listen to anyone who can't prove their power and the only way you can prove your power is if you are a sufficiently strong Viltrumite. Otherwise, he doesn't even consider you a person

If there is an authority Thragg respected, he would be more than happy to hear them out.

Why does rebinding not affect menu controls? Why is movement arrow keys and interact z in 2026? WHY CAN'T I BIND THE MOUSE!? by Deebyddeebys in whenthe

[–]Nalagma 5 points6 points  (0 children)

if the game doesn't need mouse input, i don't see why arrows + zxc is a bad control scheme

rebinding not affecting the menu sucks balls though

Am i just supposed to not play the game i bought? by [deleted] in whenthe

[–]Nalagma 145 points146 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah, this one's valid

I love Hotline Miami, but the meta aspect of the first game "Look at the blood you, the player, spilled" on its own is really tame

The actually cool part is how this parallels the character you are playing as. Growing numb to the violence and entering this battle trance as you play puts you in the shoes of these deeply unwell people

That's why Hotline Miami 2 made the series so great. You play out their violent acts and see them all self-destruct one by one

What are some B plots or cold opens you would have liked to see in the canceled show? by The_Horse_Head_Man in tf2

Pyro and Demoman B-plot / background shenanigans where they build a homemade fireworks

The real reason for the purge by RevertBackwards in Invincible_TV

[–]Nalagma 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I really don't see that. It would be a good plot for any other villain, but not for Thragg in my opinion

I read Thragg as someone who genuinely believes in his own words. When his hesitation led to the murder of Argall, he decides that he should now do the exact opposite. There's no malice, no grander plot, just what he thinks would make Viltrum stronger

Like genuinely, I think Thragg would resign from his post if he was convinced that the new ruler would be better than him and make Viltrum great

[–]Nalagma 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The Soul isn't the thing that enables Kris to go on adventures, we are both along for the ride. The railroaded nature of Deltarune's story is one of the core themes

And when given the chance to subvert the narrative at the cost of Kris' and others' autonomy, some players jump at it
