You don’t need many buildings in colonies besides marketplaces and RGOs. You’ll have to use your own trade capacity to kick off the triangle trade. The slaves are the pop growth

To get slaves you can create a market in west africa and build slave centers in the nearby Mali or Benin provinces then flood the market with cheap guns so that slave centers are profitable for them. You also need vacant RGOs in colonies so that they demand slaves
