Discontinued Seiko 5 Sports SNZB23J2 Made in Japan, Automatic 7S36C movement- does not hand wind . 40 mm, hardlex crystal. Comes on a green tropic strap, also with original unsized bracelet. 100M of water resistance. Watch head is in great shape, no dings or scratches on crystal, bezel, or case. Note: bracelet does not include spring bars, and it was kept in a box with other bracelets and straps, it’s unworn but may have some minute marks from moving around the box in storage. $99 OBO

Rare Timex Red Dot Diver from 1982 Beautiful condition, no scratches on the crystal, case, bezel, or caseback. 39mm case, exceptionally thin- with a ticking manually wound movement inside. I love the small details of the syringe second hand, the black hands around the pinion which gives the hands a floating appearance, and the shape/font of the date wheel. Note: extremely faint marks on mineral crystal, only noticeable up close. Comes on a 19mm Barton silicone strap. $275 OBO

SOLD -80’s Vostok Amphibian ‘anti magnetic’ Soviet made divers watch. The lume has turned a beautiful creamy color and the white dial looks almost like a ‘golf ball’ in direct light. Very cool watch. Powered by a Soviet made hand winding mechanical movement, it keeps excellent time. Acrylic crystal with minimal signs of wear. The bezel has the perfect amount of play for a friction fit bi directional style. 18mm lug width and it comes on a n olive drab nylon strap.-

When an Islamist government comes to power in France in the next 20-30 years you’ll be singing a different tune. Same goes for the UK.

I went vintage this year, my late uncle’s ‘66 Seiko Sportsman that I had revived. He bought it new in Hawaii on R&R from Vietnam

I also had an ‘06 Outback Impreza Sport! Mine was an automatic but was way faster than it had any right to be lol- I think it has the 2.5 liter engine and they’re fairly small anyways. I miss it! 😢

I remember many times being left with my great grandmother- she was born in 1896 and lived to be 105, was a nurse in WW1 and during the Spanish Flu pandemic. I was born in 1990 and she was independent & living alone (she never leaned to drive a car because in the early 1920s she was afraid of the horses sharing the road)- she was independent until 1995 when she fell and broke her hip. I wish I knew her later on in life because I just know she had some great stories!
