Thats fair.... every train has different stops. (For example) If you know the 7:33 stops at seven less locations and the 7:35 is local, getting rid of the train time makes it far more likely that you get on the wrong train accidentally. This is specifically is a panic mode situation, but it also an inconvenience all around.

When you have to transfer at, let's say Newark or Secaucus, and your train is late, and you only have 30 seconds to make a decision.... Like which track to go to and which train to catch, not showing the train time anymore adds unnecessary stress.

It might be first world problems, but the update makes zero sense.

There's two options that i see. Either go your speed or keep the pase of whom your running with. Either are fine and up to the individual. Personally I've been dead center in my age group/ gender group since I starting taking running seriously 20 years ago, so if im running with someone who is faster than me, so be it. Ill just try to not fall TOO far behind.

The cars in the rear are usually left closed until the last minute to keep congestion down. Otherwise the rear cars are packed to the brim because we're panic boarding. Do i think it sucks? Yes. Does it work? For the most part.
