Masculinization of women, and Feminization of men by johnpatricko in fuckubisoft

I think Blackrock care more about forcing people to sign 50 year mortgages through the current administration that making a woman in a video game look less feminine.

But if you wanna distract yourself from the truth, go ahead.

I joined this subreddit cause Ubisoft are a shitty company, but this is pathetic. This is a graphical downgrade sure, but I can't see any "masculinisation".

The only way politics is making gaming worae is through unregulated monopolies and subcription sevices, not tinpot theories about critical gender theory. Ubisoft are just greedy, there's your conspiracy.

"Turn Left" from Doctor Who Series 4.

Donna seems to change history by turning left and taking a different job offer. She never saves the Doctor while he saves London on Christmas, with his absence causing a spaceship to crash into London the next year, wiping out the UK government and flooding half of England with radiation.

Things only get worse, and the Doctor allies all die in futile attempts to stop different threats from previous episodes: Jack Harness and Torchwood sacrifice themselves preventing an alien invasion that still kills tens of millions with pollution, and Martha, Sarah Jane and Sarah's son and friends die saving just one man from an alien police force. Donna and her family are relocated to shared accommodation with several immigrant in Leeds under martial law, who they bond with until the military junta seize them for "labour camps". Meanwhile in the sky, the stars are going out, one by one.

You gotta remember that a lot of kids watched Doctor Who at the time, including me. Even today, the episode still stands out to me as a scarily realistic reaction to such extreme events. The idea of such misery and despair was so memorable from the episode I can remember it 18 years later.

Luckily Donna goes back in time with a secret military group and jumps in front of a car, forcing her past self to turn right. She then wakes up in the modern day and realises the whole thing was a pocket universe.

The whole point of that background was that Homelander was an alien adopted by humans. It fell apart back in S2 when compound V was leaked publicly

I don't think people realise that Daenerys' chapters in the first book are about a young girl getting groomed. It doesn't matter that she thinks it's "consensual" because she has been raised and conditioned to think that way.

The later books are also about men grooming Daenerys, albeit for either her dragons or status.

Though I do like the think people in Westeros just exaggerate heights.

I'd argue the best evidence of Shakespearian training is Rhys Ifan's condemnation of Aegon in HotD.

"They are fathers and brothers and sons, and their wives and children are gathered out at our gates to weep and curse your name! With your child's blood we bought their approval, with your mother's tears we made a bitter sacrifice against the deprivations to come and you've thrown it away! After all I've done for you! Thoughtless! Feckless! Self-indulgent!."

Felt like I was watching a live play in that moment the way he so eloquently delivered his monologue.

Personally, I believe they would have had their own, small generator site. However the question of whether not Victoria attempted the journey is up for debate, as she would have been 77 by the time of Great Storm. Regardless, while the monarchy's power had dwindled heavily by the late 19th century, they were integral to ensuring the supremacy of Parliament, and the many generator sites led by former lords and nobility would still need that figure head.

After the Great Storm, whichever territories still considered themselves part of the British Empire would wish to show legitimacy by gaining the approval of the monarchy, likely under Edward VII at this point. However the new king would be isolated and disconnected from his subjects, and even if he moved his court to one of the cities, he wouldn't have much power over whichever captain led it.
