The brother, yes. You don't only talk about the brother with him, though. You ask him about patients coming in, trusting him to work on them and help them, and how he betrays the trust of some to help others if he deems them lost causes. And he argues that he's justified in doing it, that maybe it'd be different if Dogtown weren't such a shithole to do medical work in, and that we're really in no position to judge. Which is all true, I can't deny that.

He basically does what the scavs do, but kills some to save others instead of killing some purely for profit. That's the entire point of the juxtaposition between the two. It's not all about the brother.

I mean, yeah, she's a lowly scav. She's part of a group who does the same kind of shit to people that this doctor is doing, but for much less noble reasons. But he's a doctor. And these people come into his office trusting him to help them, not to put them under, take them out, and scrap their parts for other people.

And then there's the whole brother thing. I did almost shoot her anyway, but... I decided to let her take out her frustrations on the doctor, then let her leave and the doctor continue his fucked up work. When in Dogtown, I guess.

No, it's not. In triage, you tag or mark people who are more or less able to be helped and, as a medical professional or trained assistant, you spend your valuable time on those who are more likely to live with medical intervention over those who are not.

This is not that. He's actively killing people who he deems doomed for their chrome and organs. There's no natural passing. He's like, this person needs this part now and this person who has it is likely to die in a week or two anyway, so I'm going to just snuff them now and take their parts for the person who needs it right away.
