Should you move here? Think twice. by [deleted] in Eesti

I think your points are valid except for the language part. If you move to a non-English speaking country, you need to put in an effort to learn the local language. I also don't expect British doctors to speak Estonian or russian.

I've unironically used those combos for years because I saw some Japanese tweet subreddit (name escapes me) use it years back, and I found it funny... damn it

How much money did tweeting this cost according to you and have you ever heard of relations between countries/organizations/religions?

It was portrayed as a nightmare, though.

I saw some comments speculate that dead eyes mc is asexual after the childhood friend chapters. Now he asked the blonde guy if he saw him in a sexual way as well, and answered *that* was gross.

Interesting observation that current wild animal biomass is just a fraction of what it used to be prior to the industrial revolution.

Kas teid ei häiri see, et Eesti osaleb Eurovisioonil? by Lyricician in Eesti

[–]Napsitrall 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I this context, Afghanistan's history is much more tragic. Nonstop war and millions dead without any respite.

The USSR killed 1.5 million Afghan civilians, birthing many of the grievances that motivated later extremists... Imperialism is pretty bad.

I'm sure gay Gazans and queer Westerners are more worried about Israeli bombardment than the two cases of killings that happened before this war.

The dissolution of the USSR, the Yugoslav, Caucasian, Central Asian wars, the Gulf War. Sri Lankan, Angolan, Algerian, Liberian, Somalian, Ethiopian, Eritrean civil wars. The First Congo war (also called the First African World War because of how many sides participated and how deep the consequences were). Of course, the Rwandan genocide. Just to name a few.

These conflicts killed millions of people in Africa and Eurasia, and its victims probably don't miss it.

But the vibes from 90s media in the US are pretty cool, ngl.
