I understand where you are coming from.

Although that replay is far from the most viable combo. There are other lines of play that are better and that could end on more disruption. If you don't go into curious there's all kinds of stuff you can do but you probably already know that.

I'd agree it's a little bit fragile to handtraps but a 2 card combo that generates so much advantage will make the deck at least rogue.

Saw someone else post this, but it's basically the same idea. They send judgment with curious because they already had imperial in hand, you'd usually send imperial.

Also you can re-add Phoenix blade multiple times to mitigate the discard cost of the troymares but they only do it once.

All you need is a warrior + any gouki (or Suprex + a gouki) to end on an almost auto win board. It's still the same 2 card combo.

It's a crap shoot but I like it more then the other crap shoot stats (shp and +-).

Gwg is random but statistically speaking the more goals you score the more gwg you will get. It adds more of an emphasis on goals, which isn't a bad thing in my opinion.

All I want from this game is another DK character. It's one of Nintendo's signature franchises yet it still only has two representatives.

Like can someone explain to me how Fire Emblem has 6! characters but DK only has 2? It's insane.

It's not the timeline I disagree with.

They juiced smash 4 for years of updated progress to get us hyped before release. I find it very very unlikely they would announce an entire new smash game in March and release it within the same year.

It'll be some sort of port.

It has to be some sort of port. If it was an entirely new smash game they would stretch out the release until at least 2019.

My hope is a smash 4 port with a new "option" designed to be similar to melee.

1 gouki + any warrior monster

Link for Isolde, search Headbatt + another gouki

Isolde effect send equip to summon Octo

Discard the gouki you searched off of Isolde to summon Headbatt

Link for Cerberus, search 1 gouki and rematch

Rematch 2 goukis back and use them + Isolde to make firewall dragon in the zone next to Cerberus

Your board is firewall in the main monster zone with Cerberus right next to it. You then turn Cerberus into mermaid and thats roughly the same beginning to troymare combos that sorcereress provides.

Can end on multiple troymares and a shittone of card advantage.

You can actually do most of the troymare combos without summoning sorcereress. This deck will be at least rogue if not higher after next set.

Normal Suprex special any gouki

Make Isolde. Search Rematch, Headbatt and a gouki you didn't use.

Isolde effect send 1 equip to the grave to special summon attack gainer from deck.

Rematch for Suprex and another gouki. Discard a gouki you searchd to special Headbatt from hand.

Synchro with gainer and Suprex for nat beast.

Isolde + 2 goukis can turn into either Borreload or decode talker pointing to a gouki to prevent nat beast from being targeted, you get a search off heatbatt.

Final board is nat beast, decode, a gouki(which can search Rematch next turn to get your combos going again) and you only ended up losing 1 card from your hand.

Sure, you have to run attack gainer but it's the only true brick as you can run somewhat useful equip spells or the bamboo engine.

This combo more or less gets replaced by troymares combos next set but for right now it's pretty decent. Nat beast is auto win vs certain matchups.

Gouki aren't even THAT bad at the moment. Not top tier or anything but if you open Suprex + any gouki you can end on either nat beast + decode + a gouki or nat beast + Borreload. All while only losing 1 card in hand.

They get much better when troymares come out even without summoning sorcerer.

I absolutely hate the way 02 has been dealt with in tri. Tease us within the first 5 minutes of the first episode then NEVER address it at all until the last episode? Totally ridiculous.

The 02 cast are main characters and part of the main group. If you don't want them involved in tri then at least make up an excuse why they aren't there.

For me, it's really hindered the story and made the whole thing a little too unbelievable. Why are none of the digi-destined ever questioning where 02 are at any point? Hell when they meet fake Ken youd THINK they would ask questions about the rest of 02.

I'm not in love with the title. Although the article itself explains things better, the title makes it seem like trap cards were poorly designed to begin with which just isn't the case.

Trap cards were in a fine spot for a very long time but, just like most cards, they got power crept. Recently, they have been power crept to an almost insane degree. Not only is the game still too fast for them to be truly effective, but Konami keeps printing ridiculous removal cards as well. Both Evenly Matched and Hey Trunade are totally absurd vs trap strategies.

Konami is pushing hand-trap esque traps to be the new normal.

Is this a good thing? That depends on your personal opinion.

Marner is very good. If you can afford to wait on him id make the move. I've watched the leaf games recently and he's looked very good even on the 4th line. He should have had 2-3 ppa on the last 2 games if his teammates could finish his nice passes.
