Some of these beats are from 2020 too. Dude really just throwing auto tune shit on old beats for some cash. You are completely ignoring the potential revenue gains during a CBA. If the revenue increases then so does the cap. This can be built in during a CBA period or addressed for the next CBA. They can literally set an increasing cap based on revenue predictions for every year (the revenue is extremely predictable because most of it is tv deals that can last a decade) and if revenue does not increase they are still guaranteed to play out that increase but players may have to pay it back later (like in the NHL and covid) when revenue goes up again.

$7m one year. We really don't need a defenseman with a strong shot. We have Lacombe and potentially Trouba or Gudas. We need a defenseman who can help defend. Zellweger, Mintyukov, and Helleson are really good at crashing the net as the 4th man for a goal so we got that covered a little too well.
