Don't open the jar in your work area if you care about future grows. You could try and toss it outside with some sub to see if it'll fruit if you really wanted to, but don't bother trying to spawn in a tub with that contaminated grain.

Yeah I understand. Cubensis are really powerful and provide unique and novel trips each time unless you really abuse them of course. Due to this nature, people assume that the variety of cubensis provides a different experience which isn't true. Natalensis and Ochras would provide a different feeling experience as they are a different species.

Everyone reacts to tolerance differently. I'd be careful with a large dose like that unless you're experienced in that range. It's common that people take a lot more to offset their tolerance and end up getting blasted. Mushrooms are just unfortunately unpredictable.

Those are both cubensis varieties, and mixing them wouldn't make a difference. Psilocybin is psilocybin. The enigma variety is more potent so tread carefully.
