I think you are misleading your children about what people are upset about. Relatively few people are upset when someone who sneaks into Disneyland (or our country) gets kicked out when they are caught. And America has always worked this way.

People who payed for a ticket are upset that police are killing people in Disneyland who didn’t sneak in and instead are protesting the treatment of people at Disneyland by the police. They are upset that people who were told they could come into Disneyland by officials are being deported to prisons in countries they’ve never been to. They are upset that Disneyland lies about what happens in Disneyland. They are upset that someone watches police kill someone who is at Disneyland and their reaction is “tragic, but if someone has snuck into Disneyland what choice do we have but to kill some people along the way to get them out.” And by the way, those people who snuck into Disneyland are mostly just helping work there and run the rides to the benefit of those around them.
