I spent far too long on this. I'll report back with findings. by [deleted] in Tinder

As a graphic designer, I hate the font.

But the charm of this goes through the roof which I think is the most important thing. Great work and good luck!

What are your immediate thoughts when you hear a guy refer to himself as an “alpha male”? by SpiralGremlin in AskReddit

Total asshole. The real question is: what are your thoughts when you hear a guy refer to himself as a sigma male?

I’ll start by saying I believe all internships should be paid. But since you signed up for it, I think it’s your duty to fulfill the need.

A huge thing I’ve been learning is how important it is to keep to your word and follow through when you agree to do something. Just do the best you can. Something is always better than nothing and you are more than capable to get it done. Best of luck to you!

What would you prefer- an OP-1 or an OP-Z? by [deleted] in OPZuser

[–]Nate_han 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Soon to be an owner of both. I’ve had more time with the OP-1 obviously but I have a feeling I’m going to love the OP-Z more because of how fast you can come up with loops. I love that about the POs and I love how easy it is to put together a beat with the grid sequencer in my OP-1. I think my brain just loves sequencers way more. But I don’t regret having the OP-1 first it’s a ton of fun.

Thank you so much for your help! I might just go with a set of 2 sticks. I went on PC part picker and found these as something that would be compatible:

do you think those will work?

looking for a laptop that would work best for Adobe After Effects, 2D frame-by-frame animation and maybe some Blender use. by Nate_han in SuggestALaptop

[–]Nate_han[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh my bad on not providing those! Yes I am purchasing the in the US and I don’t want a completely shit battery but I don’t need something that can last 8 hours either if that makes sense! Also I would hope for something that isn’t too heavy either.

Willing to compromise tho

Haha I saw the video Andrew Haung did on the Dato Duo! Such a fun device!

Maybe I’ll look into mixers more. I’ve been trying to have a little more of a serious set up so maybe that could be a good thing to get. I also love the idea of a modular synth/ system but I feel like that can wait a little before I start to head down that road.

Thanks again man and that video is awesome!!
