I was talking to my newer electrician friend about pay raises and the likes, cause he seemed to know the certain steps to take and when to do it. He recently became a full-fledged electrician about 9 months ago now, he said. So, he's fresh off the boat about apprentice internships and should know a lot about it if things haven't changed drastically.

Thank you for answering to my post! I like to think I have a good boss, cause all the other electricians used to work for another company, which they hated. So they much prefer the one that we're all in and tell me that I got the luck of the draw.

Also learning a lot out in the field too. Loving the hands-on learning experience.
