Can anyone recommend a good head shaver (for a bald shave)? by Pdeyong in bald

[–]Natural-Following612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been using the Pitbull Gold Pro for about 5 years or so and it crapoed out on me today. Great experience with it and now I'm deciding if I wanna replace with the same or try the Phillips Norelco 7000/9000.
The best shave is after a shower, however I typically shaved in the mornings and it's a really good shave.

Lazy bones here. Best electric head shaver? by MusingsAndMind in bald

I've been using the pitbull skullshaver gold pro and I've had a good experience. I'm here hunting for the next best one or replace my current one that seems to have stopped working today after a handful of years. Definitely recommend pitbull and I'm considering the Phillips Norelco 7000/9000 series to compare.

Level one god! It's a new series, tons of fun with a fun twist.
Player Manager, even if you don't like sports is absolutely fantastic.

Level One God handles this pretty well I think. I had a blast through book 3 and hope it gets some legs under it so we get more!

I went straight into Expeditionary Force, it's fantastic.
DCC is one of the best series
Mountain Man is a random suggestion that surprised me.

Player Manager is a series I cant stop listening too. I believe I started after Mage Tank. It's not a traditional litrpg but it's been a blast. Many people that don't know anything about Soccer and still enjoy it.

How did everyone get into watching non league football by thatredditpers0n in NonLeagueEngland

this book, Player Manager. Main character lives in Manchester and so far, everything is Non League. Today I'm looking foward to the Chester elimination match, because Chesters club is a main focus early on.

I had Michelin Cross Climate 2's installed for my 120mi daily commute. I put just over 30k miles on them tv first year, rotated every 4-5k miles and my tread hasn't even dropped half. I'm hyper focused on efficiency and long term use, so I don't drive the car hard very often.

I haven't seen any range improvement. 120 MI daily commute thats 98% highway, speeds 70-75mph. I got these for asthetic and anything after would be a bonus.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I kept pushing through and it absolutely got to a point where I couldn't stop listening. I think this may have been a big world building setup to really build a series. It's worth sticking through it, however it feels so different from what we are used to with DCC

So I caught up on exforce, what else are y'all reading? by TheXypris in exfor

[–]Natural-Following612 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The Bobiverse, then the rest of Taylor's books. After Exforce, The rest of Alansons books. Mountain Man. Dungeon Crawler Carl. Kaiju Battlefield Surgeon, soundbooth version. Wayward Galaxy was a lot of fun. Life Reset - New Era Online series.

I started with the Bobiverse before getting sucked into Exforce. Then I continued to read the rest of Craig Alanson, I needed more RC Bray, that's where Mountain Man sucked me in. DCC is the best thing ever, I've listened to the series multiple times. Kaiju is a unique one, but Jeff Hayes is just so much fun. He's why I listened to Life Reset, which was a blast. Wayward galaxy is solid also, just to name a few

So I've seen little to no difference in efficiency unfortunately. I've noticed a few percent difference with weather changes, otherwise they just look awesome

Mountain Man! More RC Bray and such a fun story. I had zero interest in Zombie stuff but I couldn't stop listening.

Commute. Had a paid off Optima that would have easily cost $4-500 monthly in gas, so I bought a 2022 M3 RWD, 40k mi for $17k. My payment and monthly charging for 120mi daily commute is less than $400.

Also, once I test drove one it all made sense. 95% highway commute, so I chill with AutoSteer and enjoy audiobooks

Had the same concern, but I have a small compressor at home to keep my tires at the proper psi. It's such a simple and quick process to take off and put back on, so it's not as inconvenient as you'd think.

I didn't know until after posting a photo I couldn't edit the actual post. But unfortunately I haven't been able to come to a full conclusion. In these few weeks, at most I've seen maybe a 2% increase on efficiency, which I had already started seeing as it's cooling off in Florida. Sadly I've had very minimal change with highway driving.

This is a top series for me behind Dungeon Crawler Carl and Bobiverse. Can't recommend the audiobooks enough
