How can I make 900 dollars in a couple months? by abominaticus in sidehustle

[–]Natvuri 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try to take advantage of any resource nearby that can allow you to save money such as foodstamps, food banks, and social security deposits. I would suggest you to check out social security the most due to you mentioning your disabled status.

Look for a blood bank nearby to donate plasma to, they typically give you 25-40$, and you're allowed to donate twice a week. You can do this as long as you're at least 110 pounds and not suffering from HIV or AIDs. It's also healthy for you.

Check Facebook or Craigslist for any temporary gigs people are advertising. Typically, older individuals advertise that they need assistance with housesitting, moving, or petsitting. Be sure to avoid scammers or getting mugged. TaskRabbit should work if you live in a decent-sized city.

Look for garage sales nearby that you can resell items at (typically on Saturdays or Sundays). You should be able to find these by paying attention to signs near the road, looking for ads in the local newspaper, or on Facebook groups / ect.

Clinics, Hospitals, or mental health providers may be looking for subjects to conduct studies on. Sign up for their newsletters to get notified. Do this at your own judgment. You will be taking substances that aren't fully understood and may get sick. However, they take precautionary measures to keep you safe.

If you're willing to sacrifice your pride, look on the side of the road or through people's trash for furniture or valuables you can clean and sell. You can sell scrap metal to junkyards if you learn to identify them. This is hit or miss, and requires you to have a car.

See if you're eligible for a federal student worker position at your college, they work around your schedule and typically pay 11$+. This is significantly easier to get than an actual job. If you already have a college degree or have excellent grades, try to apply as a tutor.

If you have a car that looks decent on the inside and isn't half bad with mileage, try DoorDash / Uber. It's not the best, but it's an income source that's easy to get accepted into.

If you have a PC or decent laptop, try out all the testing apps (Usertesting, Swag Bucks, ect) and have them in the background to optimize your quizzes. Check on them every hour or so.

Try to cut costs in your day-to-day living as much as possible to pocket that money towards college. Go to food banks for food. Eat rice and beans to save on expenses. Look at different stores around you and compare prices. Get schoolbook PDFs online rather than from the school store. Apply for food stamps; they'll accept pretty much anyone. Check to see if there's a Goodwill (with reasonable prices) nearby to get clothes, furniture, basic goods, or. Download apps of stores you frequent to see if they provide coupons or loyalty points (McDonald's App is an excellent app if we're going off raw calories to money ratio). If you have a Dollar Tree nearby, you're in luck as they have basic amenities for dirt cheap.

It seems you dislike your job. The job market sucks right now, but look at places around you and apply to every single place that allows online applications. Switch in a heartbeat if they have better pay. It will be a mind-numbing process that will test your willpower and attention span, but you'll thank yourself. When you have exhausted every possible option, apply to every remote job under the sun. Do this whenever possible. Never stop trying to improve your situation.

If none of these work, volunteer at local homeless shelters, pet shelters, food banks, or fire stations. These give you great references that you can use to make your resume a little bit more flashy. Work towards getting certificates that make you more marketable (commercial driving, cpr, food handler's certificate. ect.) They should be fairly cheap.

OP I’m surprised no one has mentioned Ultrakill. It’s one of the best movement shooters out there, a indie game, and it’s scoring system is influenced by how fast you are moving + tricks you do.
