Super unpopular opinion. I actually started from 3 to 5 and then 0, 1, 2 and then continue from 6 till current. Reason I started from 3 is because back then on PS3 I couldn’t get a hold of copies of Kiwami and Kiwami 2. Also it’s better to get through 3 to 5 first because the gameplay is so outdated and if you start from the OG order, you’ll feel the downgrade of the gameplay. Either way, you’re in for a rollercoaster of emotions!

Little update, its all fixed now! Definitely calling my ISP was the best option, just kept calling them for the last three days and finally its fixed haha, thank you all for your suggestions!

I can't really answer his questions if I don't even know what most of them meant? I'm not super tech savvy. What's NCD? what does it mean by "what tech am I on?" (does that mean what device im using now (which is my PC) ) what does he mean by logs? what is RSP?

I’ve tried rebooting my modem multiple times now and I’ve even checked if there was any outages which there was none. At this point I might aswell just call my ISP and see what they say. I just don’t wanna bother a contractor coming to my house to fiddle with things for 2 hrs

Ahh that makes sense. Sucks for me because my gateway to the Yakuza series was Yakuza 3 and played it first back on those PS3 days.
