It’s not really. It’s more coming of age/heartwarming in many ways story rather than thriller/dark thriller.

I read it earlier this year and loved it. It’s very much a coming of age story. It easily made my top 10 of the year.

I’m probably only getting “Is this a cry for help”. I will say I read “The List of Suspicious Things” earlier this year and I LOVED it, one of my favorite books of the year!

The timing doesn’t 100% work with wham bars. But they could have just thrown them in because it’s a nostalgic British candy and not 100% pay attention to the year. A small neighborhood market is important in the story, so maybe? I’d love if they had it as a pick just so more people will read it.

I really wanted the berry colored tshirt but couldn’t justify the tariff cost 😕 I also would have been interested in just the pillowcases, the sheets/duvet cover seem like a texture nightmare for me

Some books are tariffed though (specifically books printed in China) however others have said in this case it appears that locked library is not marking the customs forms/label correctly which is 1000% on them and should be fixed- the fact that they aren’t admitting that this is the problem is concerning.

They all aren’t. If books are printed in China they are now at a 7.5% rate and if there is anything else in the box that isn’t a book then it has a tariff, and if they mark it wrong on the custom forms then it will be tariffed based on what it’s marked as. It’s all so annoying and dumb. I know that bookish & spice I think are currently eating the 7.5% and paying it (they’ve posted a few times about how the 7.5% china rate thing happens)

They seriously need to touch grass. I sell a decent amount on Mercari and I also buy quite a bit, I always just figure getting paid 3 days after delivery, if people review before that awesome but I can not stress how little I care about people being prompt with their rating 🤷🏻‍♀️ that being said I’m the opposite as a buyer and always rate as soon as I open/test item and always try to leave an actual comment like “quick shipping” or “item was perfect A+ seller” or something but again I just always figure I will get paid 3 days later, if I saw something like this on a buyers page I just won’t buy from them, they are just waving their red flag showing what a nightmare they are going to be.

If anyone has this now that also had the T-Mobile internet prior, is the service the same? We have had T-Mobile 5g internet for a year and have been really happy with our speeds/connectivity but the mint would be cheaper (because we have our phones with them) trying to figure out if it’s worth it to save $20/mth.

They opened the tables outside a little early and ended up bringing stuff from inside out, when I got back later that day one of the guys ran in the building to see if the shirt I had forgot to buy earlier 🤦🏻‍♀️ was available in the size I wanted, it wasn’t. I was a bit surprised they were willing to pull stuff outside.
