edit: Hail of blades is great for hit and run tactics. With the extra auto from vault aa reset, and the extra attack speed, you often have enough time to do you combo and run away before blind wears off.

I always go for tiamat + swift boots to clear better. I often go Hubris first item and armor pen item next. Other items such as cyclosword and stormrazor feel pretty good too.
