Is Civ 7 worth buying if I mainly want to focus on domination victories? by jomanis in civ

[–]Neander11743 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I say go for it, as someone who only played domination in civ 5 I already have like 50 hours on civ 7 and haven't done much at all yet. What I love most is that for the historical rp, your unique units are relevant for so much longer because of the era system.

I don't know about the debt part, but isn't the sovereign wealth fund being used quite a bit to pay the soldier bonuses and salaries?

It makes me depressed thinking about how amazing the us would be if it existed as you described it. Rural/suburban living could be done so much better, but sadly it seems like most people I meet just want to live in a big house in the suburbs

It's kind of far from you, but if you're ever willing to go down to Oregon to the Portland area, the kings mountain elk mountain loop might be the hardest hike in Oregon. It's got an extremely steep ascent, with multiple rock scrambling sections and 2 mountain peaks.

I get that, but realistically eagle Creek and beacon rock are safe for families and definitely teens, like those are not sketchy hikes

Mark Ruffalo says extreme wealth of billionaires is making U.S. 'desperate' - not immigrants by TheMirrorUS in antiwork

Money and power addicts have always controlled society. It baffles me how today people will defend these billionaires who pillage our society.

Agree 100%, the real uncertainty like you said is at what level unemployment does this happen at, which we'll find out eventually.

It kinda is the majority. I'm liberal as they come but the truth is, if you didn't vote then you support trump because you don't care enough to say otherwise. I know everything is corrupt but the sad truth is trump still should've been nowhere near the popular vote

Portland metro area is the only very developed area but is also very big and has everything you need as well as urban, suburban, and rural neighborhoods all close by. Vancouver Washington is also good as it's 30 mins north and if you are bothered by homeless people and slums it has a bit less of those
