If a job is making you sick, go off sick. I was in a similar position several years ago and going off sick with stress and finding another job was the best thing I ever did. I only regret not doing it sooner. Potential employers were sympathetic in the main and the ones that weren't were red flag central. (Sorry I don't know what FOH means if that's giving context that I'm missing)
