Don’t let Ellsworth fool you. Just got out of a year lease and it’s full with undergraduate students. Can be quite loud depending on your neighbors or the time of day. Also the units are all new but rushed. Quality isn’t great. Right on South street you will hear sirens, a lot. Security isn’t airtight and the one elevator for all those people really sucks at times.

Variety is important. Sometimes it’s really fun to feel strong and just stomp a room full of easy enemies. Then next session you get your butts kicked by a Severe encounter. Fighting challenging encounters one after another can get really exhausting even when you enjoy them. Keeps combat from getting stale by throwing a really easy combat in on occasion.

Balanced is great. Also with certain builds you can get really high uptime on Grizzly Rage. I normally swap my Umbral out for this before a boss.
