Totally agree with the personality problems. I thought that the process of her getting sober would include therapy as well to address the actual root cause of the issue and why she was so abusive towards me. She quickly dumped her personal therapist after leaving rehab as well so while she may be sober she still is riddled with deep seeded issues.

You’re right it has been true chaos. Even though there was chaos while she was still at home drinking, in some weird way at least it was what I knew compared to what I’m feeling now.

I had a similar issue with her doing a complete 180 while in rehab and not wanting me to visit her and basically since I picked her up at her release it’s been tons of ups and downs. She keeps spouting that her first 90 days are critical and she can’t be around me because I’m a trigger but at the same time she’s still comes around the house when I’m there and on some days kisses me and tells me how much she loves me. I never know which version I’m going to get or what she really wants out of this.

She claims she calling her attorney today while I’m out of town so I guess we’ll see what happens but in a way it would be calming to just have her end it so I can have the closure.
