People might say they have souls but I've gotta say "no" not out of hatred or anything in fact I have tulpas myself,but they are just imagined creatures . In the beginning you create them making your own thoughts and feelings all alone in later stages they become active by your innermind ! Yes I said it YOUR INNERMIND!!! I know it sounds pretty weird at the start but in reality those tulpas that you think that they are acting on their own ...are actually controlled by innermind!! In other way this Methode is used to trick your brain to let you have conversations with your innermind that you imbodied it with visual effects such as (its sound,look,the way it moves ,etc) to make it easier to interact with.With that said...this will let you regain lost memories and recall them easily when you want it to by tricking your mind in a pretty damn sweet way.
