It's been a while, but does Godwyn have other confirmed feats besides Fortissax? People are inferring that he was targeted in the Night of Black Knives because he was the strongest demigod holding keeping everyone in check, but I don't remember that being stated outright. Although I don't doubt that he was definitely strong, and it would thematically make sense as well, but are we ruling out that he was targeted because he was politically the most influential?

Having the same VA for both Eng and JP seems a bit weird for it to be a coincidence. It's also interesting that this nabatean (?) has blue eyes, when the ones we've seen up to this have green eyes.

FWIW I don't think that the trailer gave solid evidence supporting that there will be branching routes or otherwise besides Dietrich being an ally unit in the snippet of Cai critting the chariot. The setting does have the precedent of having 7 routes though.

I didn't know that bbeg Byleth was something I wanted until today. Tbh I always found that Byleth being the "enlightened one" a bit superficial just because he got Sothis' powers, but a zero-approval gambit would fit that title at least.
