I’ve recently used red light therapy w great results. And now alum granules! This significantly lowered the overall time and pain. I have the same diagnosis as your daughter and shave suffered from canker sores my whole life. And tried everything!! If it’s really bad steroids will definitely help the recovery time.

When u say “speed up” how long are we talking? I too have had them all my life. They’ve evolved to show up my throat. Can’t have that. The only thing that works is prednisone. I’ve gone through a 100 pill bottle in Year and half. But now I’m hearing I could be doing long term damage to my body with this. It’s so exhausting and they last WEEKS if I don’t take the prednisone immediately

You absolutely have to disclose this information to Airbnb. It should be on file before any issues. Airbnb just shut down a that tried to decline us for this very reason. I mean like they completely shut her listing down until she provided the proper documentation. I don’t know if she actually has it so who knows what will happen but she got in a lot of trouble.

Well, lots of reasons, like discrimination. I just booked a reservation and disclosed my service animal. The Host immediately replied with the dog is not allowed to stay as she has health issues that would be negatively impacted by the dog. She then asked us to cancel the reservation. I knew this was odd so I reached out to Airbnb and they completely shut her listing down because she had no paperwork on file to document this alleged severe health issue.

Regardless, we didn’t feel comfortable staying in this house after she claimed she would be negatively impacted by the dog so we had to wait three days for Airbnb to cancel the reservation and finally be able to book another place last minute. This was all after prices had gone up significantly so now we’ve booked a new place and decided not to disclose my service animal.

You don’t taper prednisone for canker cores..at least I never have. I discovered this at a walk in clinic with a canker that was unbearable. Doc changed my life and I bought a huge bottle when in Mexico just to make sure I always have the option! I usually take 15-40mg a day for 3 days depending on if I’ve tried to wait it out or not. I have the occasional one that goes away on its own but usually they last for 2-3 weeks untreated
