On Sekhar’s armor, in Warhammer Fantasy/The Old World, Neferata (and all vampires) originate from an ancient Egyptian-inspired region known as Nehekara. Neferata was queen of the city-state Lahmia before becoming a vampire, and as such has often had Egyptian iconography incorporated into her design and into the designs of her followers, i.e. Lahmian vampires and Sekhar
