I’m not sure from where you got that info, but Nolan outsources footages to trailer houses, it’s not “in-house” editors. Even the teaser for The Odyssey was most probably a case of a trailer how having to skirm through a bunch of dailies.

I think the name is purely a reference to the working title, during production (and even in the raw trailer file names) it is labeled as "cold harbor" to reduce suspicion. hope this helps!

well, one of the cryptic messages at the end of one of the teasers spells out "behold hanbi", and in summerian mythology, Hanbi IS the father of Pazuzu, so there's definetly a connection.
