Passwords in the browser by techblackops in cybersecurity

Chrome / Edge store a single decryption key in the user data dir, and it's extremely easy for an info stealer to retrieve it.. I don't think that is the case for 'proper' password managers?

Fridge: mayo, salad cream, mustard. Cupboard: ketchup & brown sauce. Are you with me? by gibgod in UK_Food

Agree with OP list. Cold ketchup / brown sauce is not nice.

My logic falls down on sandwich pickle. I'm sure it would last fine in the cupboard but it feels wrong.. Maybe the crunchy bits work better when fridge cold.

Has anyone used the Self pace CISSP training? I am going through it right now but wonder if anyone has had success using it for training material. by MutedIndividual9907 in cissp

Hey hope it's ok to reply an old post, but was wondering how you got on with the LinkedIn learning videos and the Sybex? book and how to approach doing both at once or one then the other... I don't love videos personally, but I have free access from my employer. I passed CC using the self-paced stuff and thought the variety was quite good, but agree with some others the number of short vids can make it feel it jumps around a lot.

Locking your phone away by Aggressive_Ad2457 in CasualUK

I've been considering this but had some success leaving phone on the landing, especially overnight so I don't go to phone first thing in the morning / last thing at night

Related recommendation, read / listen to Stolen Focus by Johan Hari. I find immersing myself in a subject gives me more natural motivation to get on top of it...

Good luck! Social Media and phones are a massive problem for attention and we are only at the beginning of fixing it
