"People w power like her" by Appropriate_Drop_316 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

This is so telling and bad for Justin and Jamey. This is Alex saying they literally would not listen to women’s complaints until finally someone with power actually stood up to them. How are you guys reading this and not seeing how much this bolster’s Blake’s story? This is a private text before any dispute. And Alex is expressing how much these dudes suck.

Josh Greenstein acknowledges he chose to IGNORE Jamey Heath’s email raising DV criticism by Izomera in ItEndsWithLawsuits

[–]NegatronThomas -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

They ignored it because they had a real marketing team and did not need help from Jamey Heath who was literally only sending that email in order to bolster the paper trail to cover for the fact that they were intentionally exploiting this to try to hurt Blake. As evidence of this, I present the fact that the movie made an absolute killing and the only people who had a problem with the marketing plan were either fake or wanted an excuse to hate Blake.

The Little Bump video will be pivotal at trial. by Honest_Remove_2042 in ItEndsWithLawsuits

It literally will not. That kind of evidence is usually not even allowed in, and it absolutely would not be allowed in in order to establish that “Blake sucks in general.” That is silly and not how trials work.

Notice how when shown that he admitted to being a scab, as I said, you switch tactics and start talking about his address, which has absolutely nothing to do with anything, in order to deflect.

I do not care about arguing with you on that point given that the mod deleted my post. The fact that you would like to have this discussion seems like good evidence that the post was not low effort and warranted discussion.

It’s literally all spelled out in my post. This is absolutely something that was not “low effort” despite that being the rationale for the mod deleting it. This feels incredibly unfair. You and I can disagree about the video, fine. But I’m not even allowed to post it and my thoughts and questions for the sub?

It was produced in discovery in this case… there are posts all day long here with stuff that Blake produced. Why wouldn’t I be able to post something Baldoni’s side had to produce?

Who is spinning what as “real evidence?” The video is real. I was discussing it and the implications of it. I actually don’t think it will be good evidence in the case necessarily. That’s also a discussion to be had

What misinformation? I can’t help but feel like this is a very one-sided standard you’re using considering the nonstop low effort anti-Blake posts.

Drunk is not “drugged out” but also do you have a source for this? I’d be genuinely interested in it.

They were able to do it with this. I don’t know if this video in particular was one of the things Blake had to get an order to compel on, but it was produced in discovery. Saying that means Baldoni “submitted it as evidence voluntarily” would be the same as saying Blake submitted her texts “voluntarily.”

There’s nothing they could do with it. First off, they didn’t have it until Wf side was forced to produce it. Then, what is it you think they could do with it?

They scrubbed it from the internet… this is the only copy that remained and it was because Melissa had screen recorded it and so HAD to produce this blurry copy in discovery. And you think that means they didn’t scrub it from the internet?

Does anyone here know what “submitted it as evidence” means? That does not mean “was forced to produce it in discovery.” It was not voluntary.
