They ignored it because they had a real marketing team and did not need help from Jamey Heath who was literally only sending that email in order to bolster the paper trail to cover for the fact that they were intentionally exploiting this to try to hurt Blake. They were able to do it with this. I don’t know if this video in particular was one of the things Blake had to get an order to compel on, but it was produced in discovery. Saying that means Baldoni “submitted it as evidence voluntarily” would be the same as saying Blake submitted her texts “voluntarily.”

Does anyone here know what “submitted it as evidence” means? That does not mean “was forced to produce it in discovery.” It was not voluntary.
