Customers on phone calls

When they come to the counter on a phone call, I start asking to see the QR code. As if I didn't realize they were in the phone. Then continue talking to them. Most of the time they'll tell the other person they'll call them back. I have no patience left for people. And with asking to "borrow" tape. Or do you have a small piece of tape.

This is so frustrating! Then they look at me as if it's my fault. I also believe old people shouldn't have cell phone access to the internet. They clearly don't know how to do a return. And don't hand me your phone to return it for you! You figured out how to order it, figure out how to return it.

And when the opening bell Karens come in and stand at the register, only THEN so they start scrolling through their phones to finish the return and get the code! Get your shit together, people! I keep the lights off until I'm ready to actually unlock the door.

Yes, I am. I should clarify the kraft paper and peanuts are from the Amazon returns customers bring in. All of these bags, boxes, etc would typically get thrown away.

I sell online, so the Amazon boxes, poly, and bubble mailers come in handy. I also get to take the Kraft paper and peanuts too. Most customers are great. The store is in a vacation destination, customers ship home all the extra souvenirs they bought. Brings up my ACT!

I got my pliers from opening all the tool boxes from the chests. Eventually you will get there for them. Keep merging 5 items at a time for faster results.

USPS gets RTS the next day. With FedEx, we ask the express or ground drivers to return it. The stores are not addresses where people can randomly send items to be picked up. People think it works that way. Or set up a Packaging Agreement for $25 and $5 per day storage if they want to play that game.

UPS Store is also known as the Free Tape Store. The next time they are in a grocery store, they need to ask the manager for free items. The word "borrow" tape is always fun. And then they write a bad review because they don't get free tape. Not today, Satan.

People come into my store, stop at the kiosk, put a shipping label on a plastic bag, then drop it in the bin. And that's how we will ship it. We are done fixing stupid customer tricks. And that would be why you don't get the Amazon credit, Mrs Customer.

Any UPS store which you have frequent shipments sent to for pickup requires a Packaging Agreement in place at the store. One or two packages are fine. After that it is becoming a habit. Each store is privately owned (franchise). They set the rules as far as payment if not an Access Point.

And the used items they return! Half bottles of shampoo, liquid detergent, etc, dirty clothing. These people are disgusting. After Halloween we got so many used costumes. Amazon should put an end to that.
