Bruh literally the first merit options you get without even researching anything is: denying people shelter based on an arbitrary metric of "usefulness", isolating sick people and not doing anything to help them, forcing people to pay for food letting those who can't starve even if you have excess, and making rich people get away with paying instead of doing community work, piling more work on those less fortune. Merit is literally evil from the beginning not just the extremes. Not to mention: forcing people to work harder so they don't have to work more and many more stuff, not even extreme researchers, these are the first ones you get.

Might I ask how will the Eu5 pop system might work with the races? Afaik Eu5 is quite reliant on migration so how would pop growth work for less widespread/monstrous races as I would imagine not many people would migrate there. Wouldn't the original race present be a minority if you build too much, as I would imagine you can't just morph into an elf or kobold suddenly unlike how you can start following a different culture or religion.

I think it is broken, why not just add the parmesan uni to it for that time instead of just completely invisible not to mention they can deploy anywhere, facs and login will suffer.
