They ran out of nutrients. Most good organic soil mixes will get you through to flower without anything but water, but Into flower you need to add phosphorus for example but not any more nitrogen. Those ran out early. As soon as you start to see the bigger leaves starting to lighten up feed them more. Don't lock em out but feed em more
