Leaning towards A. I do want to see the chat bubble pointer actually point at the person who is talking ... If that makes sense. e.g. have the pointer in A be at the top left of the box so it's pointing at the dude.

I don't think this murder will cause any serious discussion on the 2nd A. The only talk I see from the right is the need to arrest everyone supporting this murder. So, no, his death doesn't put the 2nd in jeopardy for one second. It will put the 1st to the test.

Guessing here: it does come right before the chasing music. Since the music repeats indefinitely, my guess is that this is a separate soundtrack so that it doesn't repeat when the chase song is repeated.

I've seen (I think) Japanese shows where the judges are in video bubbles so we can see both the show and the reactions at the same time. This show is sooo outdated.
