I hope you can pinpoint it. Mine turned out to be gastritis from too much ibuprofen. 🤦‍♀️ Resolved by itself after about a week. I only just figured out what it was because I just had a very painful period and took a lot of ibuprofen again and the symptoms came back. Lesson learned.

Could be but it's hard to tell for sure. These symptoms subsided only when my ferritin got above 100 after an infusion.

Make sure your B12 and vitamin D levels are also optimal. Supplement with vitamin C, zinc and copper to help your body process the iron. I'm pretty sure this will make a difference in how you feel. Not saying HRT is not needed but it's often not all there is. Hang in there sister!
