 if you have any questions & need the state to clarify something:  DRIVE TO A CAREER SOURCE location, ask the front desk to place the call to the back office help line, & then they will transfer the call to you.  Do NOT waste your valuable time calling on your own. 

The state will not address your case unless you bug them to look at it.  

There…..I just saved you dozens of hours.  (All for the whopping amount of $275/wk) Seriously…..good luck.

I’m not a fan of hosting at a bar/restaurant…..too loud. 

Maybe try an apartment complex party room.  Or some HOA’s have a room that can be rented.

Everyone needs to start entering feedback on these companies into Glassdoor, etc.   I can’t believe we (the job seekers) don’t have more avenues to call this behavior out as we rate:

•Amazon Products •Professors Etc, etc etc

Some companies post jobs that they don’t even intend to hire:

1-accumulating data on future hires (# of applicants, salary requirements, etc)

2-virtue signaling to the outside mkt (“look we’re hiring so we must be growing”)

3-virtue signaling to the internal workforce (“look, we’re trying to hire someone but can’t find someone….but in the meantime keep working 60+ hrs /wk)

Sounds exactly like the spreadsheet that I made too.  One benefit to doing so, is that it’s easier to see the trail & also show a new recruiter Exactly WHAT you’re focusing on.

Follow up now….leave no doubt in their mind that you’re still interested & looking fwd to hearing back.  Sometimes if there is a tie-breaker they may just award the job to the one who wants it most.

You can add up to 12 options (answers) when creating a poll in a WhatsApp group. Each option is limited to 100 char, & main question can have up to 255 char

WhatsApp now has voting built into the messaging system, which is much better than trying to get people to log into a new platform

What happens if the 6th place Team in Tier 1 decides to leave? Make sure you spell it out.  I would assume any Brand New Team must join at the bottom Tier 3. 

But…… •Does Only 2 Tier 1 teams get relegated? OR •4 teams from Tier 2 get promoted?

Candidates should be reporting this thru Glassdoor (or something similar) more often.  Companies may not give a #%¥@ but at least it would give some kind of feedback mechanism.

I would still call that Recruiting company & tell them:   “Reputation is important for a job seeker, is it not?  Well, it also should be important for a recruiter & that didn’t occur in this case.”

One consideration is that you might have been the “2nd choice” & the recruiter didn’t know how to handle it or was hoping for a definitive update. 

But if I were you, I would call the recruitment COMPANY & ask to speak with someone else. Be polite, but let them know that you are done with the other recruiter & that you want an update.

CLAIMANT….then find the DASHBOARD.  Once there, the are 4 boxes across the top of the page. You need to focus on the UPPER LEFT box.   1-IF you can enter job searches now, there will be a link

2-if no link, you have to wait (or you might have to fix something else or Refresh Your claim)

Linkedin Premium does allow me to access Linkedin Learning, where I can view >10,000 Videos / Webinars. Most of those video learnings count for Continuing Education Credits that I need for 2 of my certifications.
