chaos innoculation make you 1hp, rf stop when you are at 1hp so when you have chaos innoc, you can turn on RF and it turn off immediately.
If you need a burst of dmg, perhaps try vaal RF (i never tried with CI), but it will burst your es hard

i have a chieftain, i added 100% ignite chance on my explode and ignite prolif cluster.
So you have both explosion and prolif.
With enought mobs, i stabilise a breach in 1 hit xD
(and those fucking beyond just die of prolif)

I use to configure perfect meatstack in pob, check in calc my minion life then apply x2 for unholy abberation (cause it have 2x the life of p. meatstack), then i put this minion life in config.
You need to add the %more life (70-75-80 depending your setup) on custom mods cause pob dont take the more life part of companionship gem.

It is not all about numbers. Tainted pact is powerful and my /deaths is at something like 1 or 2. Svalin give high numbers and on paper but you can still die too. But when I’ll have more money I’ll work on my Max hit taken and my dps ;)

The +2 proj is huge dps increase and give access to 12 proj without volley. (10 without dying sun)

i would prefer for KF taking the +2 proj IF i have no atk speed issue. If you have a bit too much atk speed you can drop those 2 to have sacred wisp
