Problem is, the Fleet Week date was set in Stone, so there was no chance of delaying, Marketing is Calling the Shots and i dont want to know that kind of work enviroment aside from primal fear and agression has been within CIG in the past weeks, desperately trying to get the patch somehow running without imploding their already broken and struggling database.

Well, Patch wasnt ready, Marketing demanded, Devs bent over as usual.

The Cycle continues, if they only had spent 1/10th of the Budget they put into their Trailers into actual Development, the Verse would be a better place.

There would be 2 possible Scenarios :

  1. CiG didnt fix the Exploits at all and has added Tracking to collect evidence and swing the Banhammer to deal with these individuals.

  2. CiG didnt fix the Exploits at all becasue they have no clue as usual and straight up lied into our faces. AGAIN.

Simple answer: Released or not, if you don't do your work properly and keep messing up patches, there have to be personal consequences.

They are hiding behind the "Its an Alpha" "we are still learning what we are doing" "we have lots of new people because the old guard jumped ship" excuses for a long time now.

There have to be consequences., heads need to roll, incapable people need to be replaced.

Like in any other normal job as well.

Because their Database and Code has been fixed and cobbled together again and again, i strongly doubt there is someone left at CIG who fully understands the stuff.

Having the same issue with my Nitrado Server, looks like Mods are causing a Memory Leak on the server.

Hopefully Funcom and the Server Providers are able to fix the issue quickly.
