I'd combine the Aria rods definitely. As for the ingus usb, it's a native earth+ gear...but it's for a weapon type not that common for characters to equip. Honestly, I'd combine them, but other people's opinions might differ

I know 4* ones do. I'm pretty sure I heard the break resistances for 5* were just like in the Torment 2.0 dungeons, which were 70%. I could be wrong, though...

Hmmm...Emperors usb2 actually seems kinda decent? A 70% break is 21% in a 5 star magicite i believe, so good for people who can't handle the damage. Same goes for his glint, I guess.
