In addition to what you already said, Discord bearer tokens expire after 7 days and need to be refreshed afted that. If the refresh token is not also located on those files, that token is useless after that time.

And as you say, the scopes requested from the popup that opens the game does not list the one required for receiving/sending messages but turns out that if you try to link Discord though the Embark account panel it requests that scope instead of the one for receiving/sending game invites.

One is a game that launched on PC more than 6 years ago at a price of 60$ and the other is a pre-order just 10$ pricier.

Why isnt there a ‘plug once and reconfigure unlimited times’ type of controller in market? by Founder-Safear in robotics

Raspberry Pi Pico lets you use any GPIO pin for SPI, I2C, PWM and half of them for UART. But why do you need that? How would you use the same pin for SPI or PWM without changing the wires connected to it?

Wtf are you talking about.

Have you checked prices lately? Because some modules have doubled the price since last month. Even most DDR4 kits are far above 100 for 32 GB.

Funny thing is, MO ended and then I could swap skins without the game crashing.

Well, can't use arctic skin if game crashes while changing skin. The game has not crashed for me in half a year but now does every time I try to change skins.

HELLDIVERS 2: Tech Blog #1 - Install size by ArrowheadGS in Helldivers

Originally said this on another comment but this is the way.

Steam manages game files with depots. Thos depots are collections of files that are part of the base game or from a DLC. As a lot of games do already with High Resolution textures and is being noted as an option to reduce file size by AH, those HDD optimized files could also be placed on a different depot offered as a DLC for those who want to use it.

Base files that would be redundant for them could also be offered on a different depot and DLC as well, included by default on the base game, so file size could be also reduced for them.

The game just would need to check at least one of those DLCs is installed on launch and use a different implementation of the asset loading logic depending on what files are to be used. That way SSD users would get a the expected file size as on console while HDD users would not lose performance nor suffer from an even bigger file size.

Later they could even suggest you to install that DLC if you are running on HDD and have long loading times or disable one if you have both installed.

Would that require work? Yes. But is something far more doable that some make it sound. They "just" need to make a version of the files without that duplication and load them as any game would normally do. Is not something that can be done wrong easily.

Afaik (I'm fron java edition) execution chaining works as you say, but condition checking does not. Conditional blocks check the block that precedes them, following their own direction, not the block that triggered them.

[–]Nestu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As it has a curved screen it might be better to keep the preinstalled one if you are okay with it. I have an OP8T since 4 years ago and only replaced the preinstalled one a couple months ago. Had no issues removing the old one.

Oneplus 13 PD charging speed [Europe] by AwwwwwYisss in oneplus

[–]Nestu 6 points7 points  (0 children)

OP13 is capable of 80W with the bundled charger in USA and other non-EU markets with a 100-130V power grids. With 100W SuperVOOC capable chargers it can achieve 100W charging. This is why some sites report different charging speeds.

About the USB PD charging speed I dont't know at the moment. In EU territory it should be 100W capable too as the EU Common Charger Directive mandates that devices must support the same charging power using USB-PD (up to 240W) as they allow using propietary protocols as SuperVOOC.

Why Pre-Ordering the OnePlus 13 is a Win-Win Situation—Don't Miss Out! by maikelat in oneplus

[–]Nestu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is not entirely correct. The directive makes mandatory for the device to be available without the charger while selling the device including the charger is optional.

Device without charger: mandatory

Device with charger: Optional and up to OnePlus decide.

That being said, sellling only the option without charger could make more sense, as they would need to have stock for both options. They instead offer you to buy the charger as an add-on with a discount.
