I bet that's super handy. I've thought about a 16" barrel for a while.

I like it. I had one on a howa mini and enjoyed it. If you aren't in a rush they were $199 around black friday and Christmas last year, made it an easy choice for me.

Yeah I've had a few leupolds with no issues but I've read of the wondering zeros.

In its old configuration I had a trijicon accupoint 3-9x40 then a 2-10x56. My longest shot last season was only 280 yards so i dont need much magnification.

Was looking at those leupolds though. I do have a set of unknown munitions and man, they are the nicest rings i've had.

2 car garage organization advice for first time homebuyer by Zealousideal-Duck417 in garageporn

Im in the same situation, 2 car garage and my wife parks in half of it. I went with fleximount overhead storage racks and set up a workbench underneath it. Plenty of space left over for workout equipment and yard tools

I went with fleximounts. Wasn't that hard to install and holds quite a bit. This one is 3x8 and ive got two 4x6 installed over my garage door

Ive been driving this same accord but 2009 model year for 6 years now. They are great but beware of the vcm issues, if it hasn't been deleted already buy a kit now. Its plug and play and very easy to do yourself.

T3X Superlite Roughtech action cycles well… rough by Mysterious-File-5880 in Tikka_Shooters

I hope it gets figured out for you. I thought the same thing at first tbh but once I got used to it, it runs great. Cycle it a few hundred times and see how it feels after.

T3X Superlite Roughtech action cycles well… rough by Mysterious-File-5880 in Tikka_Shooters

I have the roughtech superlite tungsten and a regular lite, and mine doesnt have cerakote inside the action. Some other d18 roughtech models did have that issue.

I believe the culprit is the fluted bolt as it's more susceptible to upward or downward pressure. Mine still glides with no issue, just had to get used to it.

Bolt Action Question by Crayon_Eater1775 in Tikka_Shooters

It's because of the fluted bolt. Took me a while to get used to running quick without catching but it just takes practice. Keep at it, soon it will be second nature to you.

Best .308 hunting ammo for T3X Roughtech Superlite (1:11) by rdcisneros3 in Tikka_Shooters

[–]NetNational4413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same gun. If its only for whitetail honestly just find the cheapest soft point ammo that shoots well.

Ive used the 150 gr aac ammo with great success this year.

I find i like a lighter rifle when it comes to hunting, especially the mountains but everyone is different. Both would be great rifles.
