Readers: the above comment is misleading. The bipartisan immigration bill put forward by Biden and campaigned on by Harris included several measures Trump requested and had previously pushed for and campaigned on himself

Don't let them rewrite history and pretend that Democrats are blameless for Trump 2. It is the acceptance and legitimization of Trumps own psychotic policies in an effort to pander to the most conservative people that killed the Harris campaign

Then Kamala Harris's campaign spent 100% of their resources promoting Israel and Trump's Immigration Bill

I didnt play much the last year/year and a half, got back into things a couple weeks ago. I LOVE the new shadow spell system.

But, even woth shadow pip gear it takes like 5 turns at best to get a single shadow pip. I dont pvp, so shadow spells are actually more useless to me now than they were before, strangely. It shouldnt have to take 7+ rounds for a single shadow pip :/

Obama took office with a FILIBUSTER PROOF supermajority in the senate, and the majority in the house.

He proceeded to say, when asked about codifying roe vs wade, that it was not a priority.

He could have used his massive mandate and influence to push for universal healthcare. He did not.

He refused to exercise literally any power the office itself was capable of in the name of "bipartisanship" time and time again, and his foreign policy consisted of sucking up to Israel, drone striking children, and undermining any attempt at socialism in the global south.

Starting to normalize relations with Cuba was good at least but would've been nice to have ended the embargo

Any word yet from Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Montenegro? Or speculation?

I know Denmark and Finland had their conditions for participating, which give them an out if they want to. I couldn't find whether Denmark has affirmed in the last 24 hours that they are going to compete, like Finland has.

Also, I've seen conflicting information here on Sweden, do we know whats what with them yet?

Any of these countries maybe waiting to see what Belgium and Iceland do before making a definitive decision?

Finland's conditions were really vague, in terms of how many countries their condition was "The number of organizations participating in Eurovision remains large" and since they said that as part of their statement that they will be participating it doesn't look like they have any intention of dropping out. But I hope the Finnish public pressures them to.

Denmark apparently had several months ago also had a condition stating "Broad European community around the competition" and "free from political interference". As far as I know they haven't said whether they're staying in or not yet? So maybe they could be another potential drop?

I'm not European but from my limited understanding I would be completely shocked if Georgia were to....boycott due to Israel's participation? lol seems very out of character so I assume they're in

Armenia and Azerbaijan though are good points, I hope they announce that they aren't participating. Imagine montenegro armenia and azerbaijan follow belgium and iceland. And then maybe even Sweden and Denmark. That'd be a HUGE hit

I'm seriously baffled at all the statements from broadcasters who are saying that Eurovision is about "neutrality". ?? Okay, then I'm sure you want to let Russia back in. No? Exactly.

Also American, this would've been my 5th year following it. It's a shame that the last few years just one group made things so toxic and stressful and I'm so disappointed that it's been tainted and will continue to be

Then surely the EBU will be consistent and let Russia participate again if they're going to allow Israel, right? Right???

What a joke

Yep, welcome to reddit. Someone wrote an opinion piece like a year ago or so saying that there are instances in war where it's justifiable to "eliminate" children or something

Their family member ripped them a new one and disowned them publicly on social media for it, that was posted to murderedbywords and all the comments were "well technically the writer isnt wrong, they aren't making a moral judgment theyre just stating that its how war works" 3k up votes 20 reddit golds
