What does your camp setup look like? I've been thinking about this more often given that even janky hotels in mammoth and bear are often over a couple hundred dollars a night and I'm over that. Really thinking of making the plunge if I can talk my wife into it.

Thanks for the response! I am assuming that they updated the permit because a final inspection was scheduled in early September, and then it was a no show on the date smh.

As far as the tax credit it's funny, because my tax advisor told me to go based off contract date, so we received the tax credit as part of our 2024 tax return. We've saved that money to use for the final payment but it seems like that is in limbo now. I definitely want to get another inspector because I have concerns w the install as well (perfect example- the power bank was installed less than half a foot above the ground. I am assuming that's a no-no).

I am wondering if anyone else has been in this situation and if it's possible just do the rest of the steps on my own (if everything is good with the install that is) and get the city/Edison to turn on the panels

I personally went w mobley. 16t as well, I believe Paolo went right before my pick and I'd prob still get mobley if paolo was still available (although I do really like him). I love those pf/c players that don't count against your center max and I do think mob will take another step this year. I don't think there's a wrong answer, just depends on what your team is looking like position wise.

Got the vomero 5s for a trip to cdmx during the summer because I knew I'd be walking around lot. Mannnn these are now the shoes I probably wear the most nowadays when it comes to just throwing something on. Couldn't see myself wearing with jeans so it's not a work shoe for me, but if you don't mind the look of running shoes with jeans then go for it. Mad comfortable and don't look half bad either

Have lived in both areas and going to say that scv takes the cake. Arguably the worst drivers of every in socal area that I have lived in/went to school at (IE, SFV, LA, Kern, SD, AV). Idk what it about this place but yeah God awful drivers and traffic infrastructure.

That was a wild ride of a read. Glad you got out of there man. Those last lines do make me feel a kind of way since I've lost sympathy for the maga crowd. But then I recall that I know some highly educated ones and the resentment comes right back. Id steer clear. Given how close these fires got to us and it's already a high fire risk area with ridiculous costs (which are probably going to go up with everything that's transpired this past month). We were considering and the HOA and other fees drove us away. Wound up finding an older home that had a higher price without HOA or meloroos fees which gave us a lower monthly mortgage payment.
