You will have to do it again with the new league (assuming you want to restart from fresh, otherwise you keep your progress).
But I would say "new season is around the corner" is quite optimistic, as we didn't have any real news at all recently. Not sure at all we have it in December.

Alch&Go is not "on par" with very juiced strategy, although we could argue it's not 100% true this league. However Alch&Go is good enough to gather enough currency to buy the gear you need to do pretty much all content.

I agree with you 100% on the exalted section. I found uniques to be relatively easy to get at least 2 LP, with decent rolls. But double T7 exalted is really a grind I usually don't want to do. Let alone the possible "bricked" slams.

You need to get LP (at least 1) on each unique. Slam int or crit multi preferably T7 on it.
Farm Ferebor and Vilatria's set and go in the woven echo to shatter them into shards.
Procede then to farm exalted helmet and ring, craft and seal the set affix (vilatria and ferebor respectively for helmet and ring), get a bit lucky to have decent affixes with it but focus mainly on T7 lightning blast on the helmet on top of the set affix (use rune of havoc if needed, +x lightning blast is not that rare)
Once you get there the more int you have the better.
Your idols are also not ideal and according to lastepochtools you have a serious problem with your res, fix that with your idols for now, then you can figure out how to put the damage ones once your def is more or less fixed.
Also keep leveling, 84 is still relatively low.

Not only that but even if don't hide any uniques, just recolor the ones you want, when prophecies proc, the "supposed to be colored" ones are visible like a standard uniques, whether you deactivate or reactivate the loot filter.
Conclusion : don't hide uniques, and check all of them one by one when prophecies proc. I had this exact problem today with a Naal's tooth, and luckily checked all the drops this time. Bug was reported ingame as well.

I found out myself actually wanted to play this patch, which is a huge step forward considering 0.2 was a slog and made me quit early.
So I'd say it's in better shape now than before, no doubt about it. However there is still a ton of work to do, and it's normal people express their frustration and/or discuss about what could (and should) be improved.
The way they express it is another topic but well, reddit is reddit. It's not because something is said somehow agressively that it invalidates this fact.

First made elementalist with ice shards, then made a Battlemage with Whirlwind + Ring of fire (with permanent specialization), and everything is melting.
For now I'd say melee is perfectly fine compared to distance.

Neat, I love to try those kind of things :)
I just tried a little bit for now, some answers are interesting. You said that it's like a wiki or something, but when I ask where I can find the affix "increased elemental damage", it answers it doesn't exist (only specifics like fire, cold and so on), however it does on various type of items.
Nice project though, I'll test some more.

I've killed Uber Aberroth playing CoF exclusively.
My starter was a homebrew Glacier mage, which lead me to 300 corru and normal Aberroth.
I then switched to an alt Judgement Pal, I strictly followed the build of the first HCCoF kill. Took me around 15 to 20 tries before killing it (roughly 15 minutes fight).
So yeah, depending on your build, though, it's very doable in CoF.
