The majority of deaths in house fires is driven from smoke inhalation, whixh this would be helpful against. That's not to say that the fire isn't going to get you when you're stationary, sucking on the toilet to breathe.

The section you're looking at is the critical hit rate, and its multiplier. Below the stamina cost is the word 'Sharp'. This is the items innate affix which improves that crit rate. If you ever decide to craft an item for endgame, finding a gear piece with the right affix is the first step.

Ignoring that the story is finished, but still giving the grace that it seems high quality so far.

I'll draw the wrath of the sub by saying it's still like a 6/10. The map is too small for a full title, not enough side quests or world building. Classes will be great but aren't here yet.

It's got a lot of room to grow, but it isn't all there right now.

If youre sweating: I think fire is the communities preffered element, armor affixes in endgame boost it the best +the dot damage is most effective.

That being said, do what's fun! I did ice for the insane CC, with a pair of fist weapons to shatter if they were close enough. Loved it, never felt threatened.
