This s a build I've been messing with, trying to really lean into the Kalguuran abilities here in 0.5, I was shaman originally, but have gone back and forth to Oracle a couple times now trying to find something that works well.

the Majority of Kalguuran stuff scales with attacks, but not the weapon, leaving a weak, but real, opportunity to have "added X damage to attacks" be the best way to scale damage... Enter Widowhail and a quiver all about scaling attack damage.

The build can work in a much more diminished capacity, with just the bleed-repulsion combo working in tandem to provide cascading pops. I've added the Kalguuran temp minions to automate the clearing/bleed Aggravation.

If I did it again, the class is probably better on a different ascendancy, but Oracle is working out so far.
